How to Use OneNote 2010 to Create Blog Post

Problem

Few people use Microsoft OneNote program in Microsoft Office. They are familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc in MS Office. They even have never heard Microsoft OneNote. However, OneNote is a useful application for people, especially in Microsoft Office 2010 version. There are many new features for MS OneNote, and one of them is blogging. Solution

  1. Launch your Microsoft OneNote. And create a new OneNote.

  2. Go to "File" > "Send" > "Send to Blog" in the menu.

  3. If you use OneNote to blob firs time, a small window to ask you to register your blog will appear. You can choose "Register Now".

  4. Then select your blog account in the list.

  5. Then type "Next" to continue.

  6. In the account window, type your account name and password in the forms. Then click "OK" to register.

  7. After registry, your blog article will appear in Word. You can edit it further.

  8. After you finish your blog, click "Publish" . Then choose "Publish" or just "Publish as Draft".
