How to Remove trojan fakealert

Problem

My anti-virus software found trojan fakealert on my computer, but it can't be removed by my security software, could you tell me how to remove this virus from my computer?

Solution

This trojan contains several executable files, dynamic link libraries and lots of registry entries, you may need to manually remove each of them.

  1. Press <Win> + <F> to launch Search window, and search for All files and folders:
    Search trojan files to remove them from computer 
  2. Search and Delete these files below by right click on the file:
    zserv.dll
    wstart.dll
    winflash.dll
    udpmod.dll
    runsrv32.dll
    questmod.dll
    pynix.dll
    jao.dll
    bridge.dll
    bridge.dll
    jao.dll
    pynix.dll
    questmod.dll
    rpnqrdnm.exe
    runsrv32.dll
    runsrv32.exe
    susp.exe
    tcpservice2.exe
    udpmod.dll
    users32.exe
    winflash.dll
    wstart.dll
    zserv.dll

    Delete trojan files to remove trojan fakealert 
  3. Hold <Ctrl> + <Alt> + <Esc> to launch Task Manager, End Process if you find any one in the list below, and repeat the second step search and delete these trojan files:
    rpnqrdnm.exe
    runsrv32.exe
    tcpservice2.exe
    susp.exe
    users32.exe

  4. Press <Win> + <R>, and type in regedit in the Run Dialogue, click on OK button to launch Registry Editor:

  5. Expand the Registry, and Delete this Entry:
    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\clsid\{60e2e76b-60e2e76b-60e2e76b-60e2e76b-60e2e76b}

    Delete the trojan fakealert entery 
  6. Restart your computer and scan the system with your security software, the trojan fakealert may removed from your computer.
