How to Remove mydoom worm

Problem

Worm.Mydoom spreads via e-mail messages, may be installed by trojans or comes bundled with other malware. As soon as it infects a victim's computer, Worm.Mydoom spreads to multiple locations of the hard drive and starts to email itself to all the address book entries and instant messenger contacts. This worm can also create a backdoor to your computer and give intruders access to your system.

Solution

Download Malwarebytes Anti-malware free and install it on your computer.

Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and click the "Scanner" tab. Click the "Perform quick scan" radio button and click "Scan" to locate Mydoom files.

Scan your PC to Remove mydoom worm
Click "OK" when the scan is complete.
Click "Show scan results". Place a check on all the Mydoom files and parasites detected and click "Remove Selected". This will automatically remove all the Mydoom files from the system and the registry.
Now you can have a relief with the mydoom worm removed.
