Problem

I'm creating a presentation to introduce our company's products. In order to make it be more convincing, I need to add a flash in the PowerPoint, but I'm not a master of office 2007, so I have no idea about how to insert flash into PowerPoint. Then, what should I do?

Solution

  1. Click "office" button, select "PowerPoint Options".
    Insert Flash into PowerPoint_1
  2. In the new window, click "Popular", select "Show Developer tab in the Ribbon", then click "OK".
    Insert Flash into PowerPoint_2
  3. Click Insert Flash into PowerPoint_3 tab, select the "more controls" icon, then click it.
    Insert Flash into PowerPoint_4
  4. Select "Shockwave Flash Object" in the "More Controls" window, then click "OK".
    Insert Flash into PowerPoint_5
  5. Draw "control" on the slide.
    Insert Flash into PowerPoint_7
  6. Right click the "control" you have drawed just now, select "Properties".
    Insert Flash into PowerPoint_7
  7. Type in the path of the flash you need to insert in "Movie" option. To make the flash embed into your PowerPoint, set the value of "EmbedMovie" as "True"; to play the flash automatically, set the value of "Playing" as "True".
     Insert Flash into PowerPoint_8
  8. Then, you have finished inserting the flash into your presentation. To preview the effect of the flash, just click slide show.
