How to Get videos on my ipod

Problem

The movies you purchased from iTune store can be gotten on iPod easily. But when you want to transfer videos, movies, or TV show which downloaded from social video like YouTube to iPod, you will find iTunes warning: "***(file name) was not copied to iPod because it cannot be played on this iPod". That because iTunes cannot convert the format to mp4 and iPod only support mp4 format video. If you are bothered by this problem, please follow these steps.

Solution

Download Any Video Converter from its Homepage
Install Any Video Converter and run it.

Get video on iPod
Load the video you want to convert to. When you click "Add video", the "Open" dialog will pop up.

Browse and highlight the video you want to convert to.

Click "Open", then you will see the video has been loaded in Any Video Converter.

Choose the target format you want to convert to in "Profile". If you want play the movie on iPod, you need choose "Customized MP4 Movie (*.mp4)" to convert the video to mp4.

Custom the detailed attributes (Video Options and Audio Options) value of the target video. For example, you can set video size according screen size of your iPod. This step is not necessary.
