How to Download YouTube videos for iTunes

Problem

Are you in the delimma of finding a free and easy way to download YouTube videos and convert it to iPod formats, then transfer them to watch on your iPod or in iTunes?

Solution

Download Orbit Downloader and run it.
Visit http://www.youtube.com , find the video you want to download and keep it playing.
Hover your mouse on a YouTube video when you watching it, you will see “GetIt” button appears near your mouse. Click it. Or right click the mouse in the blank, select "Download videos with Orbit Downloader".
A dialog box will pop up to fetch URL of the YouTube video. It will need about 2 seconds.
Soon, the "Create new download" dialog box pops up. Put the video to an easy-to-find location. Click "OK".
Download Free iPod Video Converter to convert FLV format to the formats which are compatible for iTunes/iPod.(The output format of Free iPod Video Converter is .MP4).Run it.
Click "Add Files" to add the video which you want to convert.
Fill in some basic information, then click "Convert!" to start converting.
Open iTunes. Go to File> Add file to library... to add the video.
Videos will be stored in Library>Videos, just click to view or transfer it to iPod.
