Overview

With Recipester, it's easy to write an article. Just log in to your Recipester account, click on the “Write an Article” or “Recommend a software” button on the right side of Home or article pages.

Select “Write a recipe” or “Recommend a software”

With Recipester you can wrtie articles about your favorite recipe or software, choose one between “Write a recipe” and “Recommend a software” before writing an article.

1. Enter a title

   Try to include keywords in the title for easier searchability The words How to is added automatically for you in recipe article. For further information, please click here.

2. Enter Related software/service

   Fill in the software names, technology or other related things which are involved in this recipe, and separate them with Enter key or commas.

3. Recipe information

   Here you should fill in some relevant information, the content are as follows,
   
   Topic:  Here you should fill in the topic what your recipe involves.
   Problem:  Fill in the problem or situation you have met when using the involved product or service.
   Solution:  It is the body of your article, including step-by-step instructions that clearly explain how to do the task.
   Tips:   It is an optional list of cautions and possible dangers you want to say to other users. Leave blank if none.
   Recipe tags:   Add some tags for the recipe article and separate them with Space key. Notes, You could only create or edit tags for yourself.

   Add links to articles that may be helpful or interesting to readers of the article you are editing.
   
   Related article:  Here you should add the recipe articles which is relevant to the one you are writing.
   External links:  Here you should add links to help you promote your articles.
   
   
   
   Recipester articles may include links which are useful, tasteful, informative, factual, etc.to web pages outside Recipester. Such pages could contain further research that is accurate and on-topic.
   
   You could change the orders of the links by clicking the arrowhead or deleting the links by clicking the scissors.

5. Upload images

   • Click on the "Upload images" link to go to the proper page to begin uploading your image.
   • Click on the "Browse" link and locate the image you want to use.
   • Click on the "Upload Image" link to complete the process.

2. Base information

   Here you should fill in some relevant information, the content are as follows,
   
   This is a  Enter or select the category of your recommended software.
   It is mainly used to describe the category of the software, such as "Computer software" or "Piece of Software". You should fill in the blanks by yourself or use the category default.
   
   Note: Separate them with Enter key or commas.
   
   Software description:  It is a description of software.All your content must be written from a neutral point of view, representing fairly and accurately.
   Software tags:  Add some tags for the software article and separate them with Space key. You could only create tags for yourself.
   

3. Attribute

   Attributes define the characteristics or qualities of your software items. Each attribute consists of a name and one or more values (NAME OF ATTRIBUTE: VALUE OF ATTRIBUTE). Here attributes should be added and deleted. For further information, please click here.

Using the Text Formats

• Some html is allowed. HTML such as ＜b＞,＜p＞,＜br＞, which meet the standard of wiki, are usable in Recipester.
